1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation by You:
    If you cancel your registration at least 24 hours before the start of the webinar, you may request a full refund.
  • Technical Issues:
    If you experience technical issues on our side (e.g., webinar did not start or platform failure) and are unable to attend, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Duplicate Payments:
    If you accidentally made more than one payment for the same webinar, we will refund the duplicate amount.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Failure to attend the webinar without prior notice.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the webinar).
  • Issues due to user-side technical problems (e.g., poor internet connection).
  • If the session was attended, in full or in part.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [your email address] with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Registered email
  • Transaction ID or payment proof
  • Webinar name and date
  • Reason for refund request

We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If we cancel or reschedule a webinar, you will be:

  • Offered a full refund, or
  • Given the option to attend the rescheduled session or apply the credit to a future session.
